If you’re dreaming of waking up and falling asleep to the magic of the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa right outside your window, this is THE place. Hands down the best view I’ve ever had in Dubai. The **huge balcony** is pure magic. We had front-row, unobstructed views to every single fountain show, light show, and laser display. No need to fight crowds at the mall or stand in the heat – we’d just step outside to have dinner in the evening or a glass of wine at night and enjoy the full performance. The music pumps through loud and clear (you can hear every beat), and when those powerful water jets shoot hundreds of meters into the sky, you can literally **feel the floor vibrating** inside the apartment. It’s thrilling every single time! The shows at night with the Burj Khalifa lit up behind them are absolutely breathtaking – better than any paid ticketed experience. **Location is perfect.** We walked to Dubai Mall in just 15 minutes (sometimes less when we took the scenic route along the promenade). Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar, and the fountain boardwalk are all right there. Amazing restaurants, shopping, and attractions within easy reach, yet the apartment feels like a private oasis above it all. The apartment itself is **beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable**. The beds are plush, the living area is spacious and perfect for relaxing after long days exploring, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Everything felt high-quality and well-maintained. We especially loved the generous balcony space – we practically lived out there during our stay, watching the shows, the boats on the lake, and the ever-changing lights of the Burj Khalifa. The **hosts were absolute superstars** Negative: We loved everything about our stay! When we mentioned a small item missing from the kitchen, Bella immediately offered to drive over within the hour to replace it, but we told her it wasn’t necessary.
